JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER | FMCG | HYBRID | BUCHAREST SECTOR 5

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the execution of the annual marketing plan for the assigned brand/category, focusing on short-and medium-term objectives to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to create and develop advertising messages and promotional materials for marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and events;
  • Contribute to the development of new products, including packaging development. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches by preparing product documentation, managing accurate system updates, obtaining necessary label approvals in collaboration with QA and R&D teams, and ensuring timely communication regarding NPD status and label development;
  • In-store placement: support the Senior Brand Manager in developing launch materials for new products, including mock-ups, product visuals, and product presentation;
  • Manage and update product visuals for the assigned category/brand, ensuring timely availability for Sales, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce teams for use across retail and online channels;
  • Analyze the performance of existing products using sales and financial indicators, including price and distribution trends, both internally and versus market competitors, identifying issues and proposing improvement opportunities where needed;
  • Prepare PRs/POs for category/brand-related expenses, ensuring all invoices include the required supporting documents and are submitted on time to the Finance department;
  • Monitor and report the Marketing Department’s budget and expenses;
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify issues and opportunities, and monitor competitor activity through market research and field analysis, including strategy, new product launches, media, and promotional campaigns;
  • Coordinate together with the Senior Brand Manager the activity of creative, BTL, PR, and media agencies to deliver advertising campaigns aligned with the brand/category plan, and support the implementation of approved campaigns.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Management, or Economics);
  • Experience in marketing, preferably within an FMCG company;
  • Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and evaluation skills, with the ability to develop strong consumer insights grounded in real consumer behavior;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand consumer and customer profiles;
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution across departments;
  • Advanced English language skills and proficiency in PC use, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Driving license category B.
